Kruso is thrilled to announce our new partnership with Forbrugsforeningen, Denmark’s oldest and largest purchasing association. Together, we will develop and optimize their digital platforms to provide members with an even better and more seamless experience.
Founded in 1886, Forbrugsforeningen has around 4,000 partners, allowing its members to earn bonuses when shopping at a wide range of retailers, online stores, and service providers. Now, the association is taking another step into the future with a stronger digital presence.
As part of the collaboration, we will develop Forbrugsforeningen’s digital platforms - including their new website, app, and data infrastructure - all with the goal of creating a meaningful and connected experience for members. Through intuitive and personalized solutions, we will ensure that members can easily access their benefits, no matter which platform they use.
We have been very impressed with Kruso’s approach to the project, not least their dedication and enthusiasm from day one. Their compelling pitch and the following strong and well-thought-out presentation of ideas to our leadership team left no doubt. It bodes well for the project and the future of our online systems.

Our goal is to build a digital universe where members are at the center-making it easy for them to earn bonuses that support their everyday finances. With rising inflation in recent years, this has never been more relevant. As part of this collaboration, we will develop a new website with login access for partners, members, and organizations. Additionally, we will build a React Native app that will provide members with valuable insights into their benefits, bonuses, transactions, and much more. A new digital infrastructure will be established, giving members a clearer overview of where they can earn bonuses. The platform is designed with a strong focus on personalized experiences, powered by a new data structure managed through a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and a new marketing automation setup. Furthermore, we will build a secure and compliant membership database, focusing on the data protection and regulatory compliance.
