Kruso annual report 2021
2021 was a great year for Kruso, as witnessed by our recent annual report. Some highlights:
Year-on-year topline growth of over 50%
Profitable operations in both Denmark and Sweden, with a total EBITDA of 10.8M DKK (14,4%)
Average growth of 30% p.a. over the past four years
Over 100 employees
Two new offices opened
We now have full-service offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Malmö, Gothenburg, and Stockholm, as well as delivery centres in Lviv and Lisbon. We will be opening a dedicated Kruso office in Lisbon in 2022.
Our client list includes IKEA, Ridestore, Dilling, Georg Jensen Damask, Alfa Laval, String Furniture, ITW, inco, the Danish Parliament, Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen, as well as 32 Danish municipalities.
Kruso is stronger than ever. We are very conscious that we have only achieved these good results because of our employees and clients. All the magic happens in the meeting between them. It is pivotal for us to be able to attract and retain people who value not only professional challenges but also good social relations across competencies and roles.
The good results enable us to invest more deeply in our service offer, in Kruso as a fantastic workplace, and to professionalize even further within our core practices. Those are the things that need to go hand in hand for us to deliver even bigger and more complex projects for our clients.
