Sif is the heart and soul of Kruso's Copenhagen office. She drives the environment, social events and everyday "hygge" for all the employees. Sif likes to improve the work environment for her colleagues, fulfil people's wishes to make their day easier, and arrange the Friday bars. Her crafty abilities and eagerness to help are some of the qualities that make her the perfect office manager.
Success to me is having a job that gives you energy rather than taking it.
As a child, I had plenty of hobbies and tried almost everything. In the end, I ended up doing boxing for quite a few years, and I still enjoy practising it sometimes. After high school, I was educated as a blacksmith - it was important to me to challenge my educational opportunities. Now I am about to apply for university because I want to combine my experience working as a craftsperson with more academic knowledge.
