In today’s digital landscape, a seamless user experience is no longer just a bonus – it’s a necessity. The challenge is particularly evident when developing digital systems and platforms that are both technically advanced and, at the same time, simple and user-friendly. At Kruso, we have refined our approach to integrating UX into complex environments, ensuring that even the most sophisticated systems remain intuitive and accessible. Â
Let’s be honest: Advanced digital systems can quickly become a jungle of features and data, leaving users confused and frustrated. This is a challenge we have encountered multiple times, particularly in our collaborations with large organizations like the Danish Parliament (Folketinget) and companies such as Kemp & Lauritzen. In these cases, it is crucial that UX is not merely an afterthought but a central part of the entire development process.Â
In our work with the Danish Parliament, we have taken over and continued to develop their comprehensive Sitecore multisite portal solution. Our ongoing goal has been to create a platform that makes it easy for citizens to find and understand information without being overwhelmed by the system’s complexity. Similarly, with Kemp & Lauritzen, we have developed a flexible, future-proof platform that can grow with the company’s needs without compromising on a simple and intuitive user experience.Â
Our approach to UX is always centered around the user, which is especially important when working with complex systems. In the projects with both the Danish Parliament and Kemp & Lauritzen, we have strived towards finding the perfect balance between technical expertise and user-friendliness.Â
By building a customized Azure infrastructure and implementing Umbraco in the Kemp & Lauritzen project, we have created a platform that is secure, scalable, and easy to use. We take pride in delivering solutions that not only address technical challenges but also prioritize user experience.Â
While we are proud of our work, we are always mindful that the ultimate measure of success is the user experience. We have hands-on experience with how a targeted UX approach can make complex systems more accessible and user-friendly, both for the Danish Parliament and Kemp & Lauritzen. We see UX as the foundation for creating digital experiences that truly make a difference – and we look forward to continuing to explore new ways to integrate it into future projects.Â
