You are structured, takes initiatives and have a strategic mindset. You make sure that all stakeholders are informed and understand project objectives and key results, clearly define project requirements, and communicate project schedules and important deadline etc.
Proven working experience in project management. As you will be leading several different projects and be involved in strategic discussions for one of the largest global retailers within their business, we are looking for someone with experience from managing complex digital projects.
You will be responsible for leading the project team members (UX designers, developers, technical architects, test managers) and guide them in their work to deliver amazing user experiences in the form of digital products and services. We use new and existing technology and agile methodology to deliver successful projects for our clients. As a product owner you will be responsible for maximizing the business value, prioritize and make trade-off decisions as needed.
You’ll be working closely with your team members, but also with stakeholders in different levels of the client organization. This role requires great communication skills, ensuring that both your team members and the client stakeholders have a clear understanding of the vision and goals for the digital products.
You will create and manage the product backlog, write user stories and tasks, and prioritize backlog items according to the defined objectives and key results. The job also includes facilitating sprint planning meetings, attend sprint reviews/demos and conduct sprint retrospectives. You manage the backlog in JIRA, write user stories and prioritize backlog items based on business goals. You optimize the work performed in the agile team and help them better understand the requirements and how success will be measured.
